Nancy is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Case Manager, and Certified Disability Management Specialist. She provides vocational case management services for individuals receiving workers’ compensation or long-term disability benefits. In this capacity, she conducts vocational assessments, transferable skills analyses, determines appropriate training interventions, formulates and implements rehabilitation plans, and monitors the progress of her clients. She also counsels clients in job readiness, job seeking skills, and job retention.
Nancy has experience assisting employers in the development of job descriptions by conducting job analyses of positions. The job descriptions developed outline the essential functions of a job, including physical requirements, and can be used in the identification of light duty work for an injured worker.
